About Us

Julie has been managing residential rental properties in the Greater Austin area since 2011. In 2013, she opened Peach Blossom Properties, LLC. Julie holds the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Brokers. 

Anyone that knows Julie, knows that she does not do anything halfway. The word over achiever comes to mind.  A self-proclaimed nerd, anyone that knows Julie, knows that she does not do anything halfway. The word over achiever comes to mind. 

She consistently volunteers and seeks out information in the industry to be an expert her clients can rely on.

In 2016, she served as the Programs Director and Chapter of Excellence Officer for the Austin Chapter of NARPM. In 2017, she served as President-Elect for the Austin Chapter of NARPM subsequently followed be the President and Past President roles.

In 2017, Julie received the prestigious Member of the Year award for the Austin Chapter of NARPM. That year, she began serving on the Leasing and Property Management Committee for the Austin Board of Realtors® . She served in that rule until 2019 when she became the Leasing, Property Management, and Commercial Chair of the Legislative Team for the Austin Board of Realtors® . 

Julie served on the Texas Realtors®  leasing and Property Management Committee from 2019-2023. During this time, she began serving as a director of the Texas State Chapter of NARPM to being elected President of the Texas State Chapter of NARPM for 2023.  

In 2025, Julie completed the requirements for Certified International Property Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors®. She sees the world as a global community and work with investors around the globe.  

Julie is currently learning Japanese and plans to take the Japanese Language Proficiency exam.

Teresa has been in the real estate business since 2000. In May 2020, Teresa and Julie decided to collaborate on a great opportunity to expand Peach Blossom Properties, LLC into a national footprint. In an effort to move the company forward, Teresa became the Chief Operating Officer in March 2023. With over 13 years’ experience working in state government, 20+ years in the real estate industry combined with 3 years of property management experience paralleled with the best customer service experience in the market today, Peach Blossom Properties, LLC is headed for a dynamic year of growth. Teresa has a BA Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She has also increased her knowledge in the industry by obtaining the following designations and certifications:

*Texas REALTORS Leadership Program Graduates (TRLP)

*Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

*Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

*Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS)

In order to make sure she stays at the top in the industry as it relates to private property rights and assisting the consumers with their biggest investments (HOMES), Teresa volunteers and holds several top positions at the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and Austin Board of Realtors. Teresa currently serves as a National Association of Realtors (NAR) Director, Member on the NAR Housing and Financing Committee, Texas Realtors Regional Vice President, Texas Realtors Political Involvement Committee (PIC) Liaison, and member of ABOR TREPAC Committee.
