  • Leasing

Leasing is a critical process when dealing with property management. If you put the wrong tenant in place, you could potentially lose a lot of money. There is no way to guarantee a profit when leasing. However, there are ways to mitigate your risks. Peach Blossom Properties, LLC offers background screening that includes income verification, employment verification, sex offender check, background check, credit check, and rental history. In addition, we coordinate showings with tenants in place or vacancies to get your unit leased as soon as possible, for the best rate, and the best tenant possible. To find out more information, please contact us.
  • Lease Locating

What is lease locating? In the state of Texas, you have to be a licensed Real Estate Agent to be a locator. These services are free to the lessee as locators are paid by the property manager. For instance, if someone is moving from out of state to Leander, a lease locator can show them properties based on criteria they have selected. The applicant will put the locators name on the application and the locator will turn it it. Upon approval, the tenant moves in. Whether local or out of state, locators can save a lot time and money for clients.
  • Apartment Locating

Apartment locating is basically the same as lease locating, except it is with apartments. Most apartment locating companies do not have access to the MLS and usually will not show houses and duplexes. Peach Blossom Properties, LLC has access to apartments as well as the MLS. Apartments and property management companies have different criteria and time frames to work in. Your locator can guide you through the process and help you find the best place that suits your needs. Contact us for more information.
  • Sales

We also provide sales for our property management clients. If you are referred to us by an agent, we will refer you back to that agent for any sale. If you are looking for sales only, we are happy to refer you to a sales agent that we have worked with.
  • Commercial

Peach Blossom Properties, LLC does not offer commercial services at this time. However, we have good working relationships with commercial agents and would be happy to give you a referral. Contact us for more information.
